Volunteer work

At Mobility Dogs we could not carry out the great work we do without the fantastic help we receive from our volunteers.

At this time volunteer opportunities are limited to those living in the greater Auckland area and the Southern Lakes District - Arrowtown/Queenstown.

As we are a charitable organisation that trains service dogs the two key areas, aside from puppy-raising, in which we utilise volunteers are:

• day to day maintenance of our kennel facility
• assistance with fundraising/events eg Annual Charity Golf Day & Auction

If you have previous experience training service dogs, you may be able to assist our dog handlers in some capacity.

In the first instance please send your CV to info@mobilitydogs.co.nz with details outlining:

• the skills you are able to offer
• the days of the week you are available
• the number of hours you are able to spare
